Failure of delivery of goods
If goods are returned to us due to the customer failure of collection or in any other circumstances, we will either
A.Refund for the item (s)
B.Arrange a redelivery for the order at the customer cost.
Non payment of items
We reserved the right to recover any cost arising from no payment of goods, generally 10% of item price + £1.00 administration charge.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing via Ebay Message board within 14 days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 15 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in via Ebay Messaging board to address the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

At UKProtective Trading we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, UK Customers have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition together with any free gifts or similar.
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unused (with any packaging and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding postage and handling charges).
We can only accept the return of opened items or if they are faulty.
