I aim to bring you a broad selection of Beauty products at fantastic prices so you always look and smell your best, without spending a fortune.
Many of my items will be one-offs, and some I will have limited stocks of. Some used and some unused.
I will, in all cases take care to list them accurately so you always know what you are buying.
I will NEVER knowingly sell you a product that isn’t 100% genuine, so you can be sure your product is not fake or counterfeit .
I anticipate having to work a lot of hours to build up my business and continue to bring you lots of bargains. I will do my best to answer all your emails but there may sometimes be a delay in responding. I would really appreciate it if you would take the time to read all the terms and conditions (T &C’s) first to see if they can answer your questions before emailing.

All listings quote UK postage only and overseas bidders will need to enquire postage costs before bidding.
I use standard Airmail but can offer Surface Mail as a cheaper option for buyers outside Europe for heavier items. |

All FRAGRANCE items (except body lotions/creams) – regardless of auction value must be sent by Recorded Delivery.
All other items where the final auction price is over £32.00 MUST also be sent Recorded Delivery.
Recorded delivery costs £0.70 extra per package. If you purchase multiple items, you will only pay a recorded delivery fee once.
Any parcels over £32.00, additional insurance is compulsory. This is to protect both you and me from losing money. |
All FRAGRANCE items (except body lotions/creams) – regardless of auction value must be sent by International Signed For delivery .
All other items where the final auction price is over £32.00 MUST also be sent by International Signed For delivery.
International Signed For delivery costs an extra £3.50 per parcel. , you will only pay the International Signed For delivery fee once.
Please note however, that International Signed For delivery will help you track a parcel, this does not offer any addition insurance. The optional insurance costs an additional £2.00 |

NON RECEIPT OF GOODS/DAMAGED GOODS |

I take care to pack all items carefully and always get Proof of Postage for EVERY item I post. I will strive to do my best to assist in the event of any items going astray or being damaged in the post. I do NOT however, take responsibility for the Post Office or offer automatic refunds in this event. An item is not considered ‘lost’ by the Post Office until 15-20 days have elapsed after due delivery date. Please allow adequate time before filing any dispute. If an item is lost or damaged I will forward you the proof of posting to enable YOU to claim YOUR compensation from the Post Office. |

HANDLING CHARGES / COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNTS |

Please note that all postage charges include a handling fee per item and not per transaction. This applies no matter how many items you purchase. I don’t offer any set postage discounts , but am happy to pass on any savings I actually make in real terms (including savings for packaging) by combining postage for multiple purchases. I will not be able to advise what those savings will be until the auction has ended so please do not bid solely on that basis – but this saving could be quite significant depending on the items purchased. Overseas bidders also note that the max weight of any royal mail overseas parcel insured or otherwise is 2kg. |

DELIVERY TIMES |

I generally post out twice a week by 2ND CLASS post unless stated otherwise, so please allow adequate time to receive your items before emailing me. Time will not allow me to make any special arrangements outside this, so if something is urgent please enquire BEFORE bidding! |

SINGLE ITEM PURCHASES |
|
For single purchases, unless you are awaiting advice on postage costs, do not wait for me to invoice you, but go through the checkout process.. This will automatically inform me of your payment method and supply mutual address details. |

MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES |
|
If you have won an item, but are still bidding on other items can you let me know so that I do not invoice you prematurely. For multiple purchases, please do not check-out individually for each item as the system will not then be able to automatically combine all your purchases. Instead, let me know when you have finished your shopping, & wait for me to invoice you under one invoice. |

NON PAYING BIDDERS |
|
I generally expect to receive payment within 5 days, though will allow a bit longer if you are bidding on several items . If you are experiencing any problems in getting payment to me, please email me. If I receive no communication and have not received payment, I may automatically file a non-payment alert against you. This automated response, is NOT personal and will cheerfully be removed as soon as I receive payment. It is not negative feedback, and will not go against you as long as payment is received. I just don’t have time to email late payers, and this system works!!
I may however reluctantly leave negative feedback when people either bid in haste and ‘change their minds’ after auction end, bid without reading terms and conditions and have unrealistic expectations about either postage costs or delivery times. |

RETURNS POLICY |

I take care to list my items as accurately as possible, though I’m sure will make the odd slip up.
Items will NOT be accepted for return unless they are found to be faulty or not as advertised. A full refund will be given on receipt and inspection of goods. This refund will include your original postage fee. Please return the goods in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return postage of any item. |
