Patterned 7 metal Singing Bowl. Gift boxed

 

12cm across x 4.5cm depth.

Comes with hand made paper box, resting mat, and striker/ mallet.

 

Singing Bowls have been used in meditation, healing and ritual practice since 560 B.C. It has been said that they produce the sacred sound of ’UM’.

To use your Singing Bowl you may strike the wooden mallet against the bowl to induce a glorious lingering resonance.

Another method it to rub the accompanying mallet around the outside of the top ridge of your Singing Bowl so it produces a smooth subtle vibration ringing. Gentle increase while your Sing Bowl begins to vibrate. Use an open palm for the last method.

The vibrations and sound from your Singing Bowl can be soothing and relaxing and sometimes used for healing purposes, and meditation, now also seen on Most Haunted. If you  need more photos please email me, and I can send you some.
