THREE GO TO THE CHALET SCHOOL by Elinor M. Brent-Dyer (part of the Chalet School Series). Published by W & R Chambers Ltd. FIRST EDITION. 1949.

The `Chalet School' has seen many odd characters within its walls but seldom such a blend as one finds in this book. The lovable Mary Lou Trelawney, the untamable Clem Barras and the highly precocious Verity-Ann Carey all arrive on the opening day with their own ideas of the `Chalet School' and how to behave there. A classic children's book of the 1950s.

Blue cloth boards with navy blue lettering on spine. The front and rear boards are in good condition. The spine is intact and firm. The internal pages are intact and in good condition. A small amount of foxing on the page edges and inside front page. The dustjacket is in quite good condition but does have some tears - especially along the bottom of the covers and the spine. Clipped.
