You are a hospital administrator and through a number of missions have to bring order and financial solvency to a selection of healthcare establishments. You will soon find out that this is no ordinary world populated with sick people; here the patients have such diverse illnesses as Bloaty Head (a huge inflated noggin), Invisibility (you can literally see through 'em) and Hairyitus (rendering them Yeti-like). You have to create a hospital that caters for these extreme needs, using research and some of the more unethical scientific methods at your disposal to cure as many misfits as possible with the least amount of fatalities, all the while making sure that your edifice stays clean (and hopefully rat and vomit free) and making your trustees some cash. The scenarios get gradually harder and harder, but the variety of options and diseases also unfold during the game, making it about as addictive as a game can be without having a health warning. All shipments totaling less than $100.00 (USD) are automatically insured by UPS. We do not require insurance on items shipped using the USPS unless they are over a certain dollar amount. You may choose not to place insurance on such an item, but uninsured packages that are lost or damaged will not receive a refund of any type. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Shipments to international locations are sent via USPS First Class, Standard UPS, or FedEx to the country in question. We only ship to the countries shown in the eBay section of our listings containing information about shipping, payment details and return policy. We realize that some Paypal accounts may not be easily confirmed for US payment, but we require that Paypal payments from international locations be US confirmed.

ITEM AVAILABILITY Some of our items are handled in-house by us, but many others are drop shipped directly from various warehouses where we do business. We make a special effort to ensure that the items we display on eBay are fully stocked. RETURNS Our return policy is very concise. Returns are not allowed unless a product is severely damaged in transit, or if it is grossly misrepresented. A damaged product will be considered for a refund only if it is insured. We will schedule a pickup of the item and issue a refund once the problem has been confirmed with the courier. If you happen to decide to return an item for any other reason, we need to receive it in its original condition, still packaged with all tags. There will be a 15-25% processing fee applied in such a case. FEEDBACK We don't require that our customers leave us feedback, but we do understand that some eBay members would like to receive feedback after the completion of a transaction. If you would like us to leave you feedback, simply leave us feedback after you receive your product, and we will leave the appropriate feedback based on the entire, completed transaction.
