Returns are not allowed unless a product is severely damaged in transit, or if it is grossly misrepresented. A damaged product will be considered for a refund only if it is insured. We will schedule a pickup of the item and issue a refund once the problem has been confirmed with the courier. If you happen to decide to return an item for any other reason, we need to receive it in its original condition, still packaged with all tags. There will be a 15-25% processing fee applied in such a case. |
