U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS:

• Media Mail – This is the default method of shipping, if you wish first class or priority you must select it at checkout. Media does include Delivery Confirmation. This is the cheapest and SLOWEST shipping method available. In most cases the package is delivered in 4-10 days, but we have also seen that it can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.  If you are outside the Continental 48 you can count on 6 weeks. 
• First Class Mail - Includes Delivery Confirmation. Regular mail. Not available for items that weigh more than 1 pound.. Average delivery time is 4-7 days.
• Priority Mail - FASTEST DOMESTIC DELIVERY! Includes Delivery Confirmation. Average delivery time is 3-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• Airmail - Standard international mail. No tracking available. Typically arrives within 2 weeks.Multiple items with a value of more than $100.00 or weighing more than 5 lbs. will not be shipped airmail as they provide no tracking. Please do not pay until you receive an invoice with a quote for FedEx rate. This is for your safety and mine. Some countries may charge import duties and taxes. We do not pay or collect duties and taxes. That will be the responsibility of the receiver.

**The US Postal Service does not offer tracking for international packages shipped via Airmail or Global Priority Mail, please email me for FedEx rates if international tracking is desired. 

All items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.  

Multiple Items

It is very important that you follow these instructions in order to qualify for the S&H discount, otherwise you may experience a delay in shipment.   

• Due to first class weight restrictions multiple items can only be shipped via media or priority mail.The heaviest item will be used as the base and the discount rate per item added to that amount.
• All multiple items must be paid for in one payment. Do not pay until all items have been combined. If you don't know how to do this please wait for me to do it for you.

Please refer to the rates above for the discount rate that applies to your destination.

INSURANCE

Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not insured. Rates are as follows:  

• Value up to $50.00............................................$.99
• Value $50.01 to $100.00...................................$1.99
• Additional $1.00 per $100.00 increase in value 
• Insurance claims cannot be processed until 6 weeks after date of shipment. Our insurance is a corporate insurance, not through USPS. In the event of a claim simply email us and your claim will be handled that same day.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements. ALL COMPUTER SOFTWARE & GAMES are non-region specific and will work on any computer worldwide provided the system meets the minimum requirements. Buyers are responsible for determining compatibility with their particular computer system before bidding. We are not responsible for compatibility issues.  

• Winning bidder must notify me within 3 days after end of auction with intended method of payment. By using the ebay checkout system I am automatically notified.
• Said payment will be due within 10 days of closing of auction. Non-compliance will result in a negative feedback and item will be relisted.

PLEASE, be sure you have read and understand this auction in it's entirety. Once you win an item you have entered into a binding contract.

When dealing with computer software and games it is important to bear in mind that when there is a problem it is usually a compatibility issue. Please be sure before purchasing that you have the proper operating system. Once you receive your item handle the cd with care, fingerprints are the biggest culprit for malfunctions. Before installing be sure to close all running programs and turn off any antivirus protection program that may be running, and follow directions to the letter. If a problem is encountered my first suggestion will always be to go to the publishers website for possible solutions.  

All that said, I understand that in a few rare cases there may be a problem with the game itself. If you have any problems or are unhappy in some other way with your purchase just let me know. If we can't work it out I will refund 100% of your money in most cases. Check my feedback and you will see that I do all I can to make my customers happy!!

Following are the answers to the most common questions that I receive. If your question is not answered here, by all means, please feel free to email me.

• None of my items are available for local pick-up.
• ALL COMPUTER SOFTWARE & GAMES are non-region specific and will work on any computer worldwide provided the system meets the minimum requirements.
• All of my items are brand new in factory packaging. I DO NOT sell copies or bootlegs.
• In most cases all items will be shipped the following business after receipt of payment.
• You will receive a delivery confirmation email when your item is shipped.

Please use ebay's checkout system. It is very easy to use. Just check the box next to the method of payment you prefer, then click on the "Pay Now" button and follow the step by step instructions.  Once you have completed checkout Ebay will send me an automated email with your payment details. There is no need for you to notify me.

And here's a couple of tips for you when you are doing an ebay search for a specific item:

• Enter the name or title of the item you are looking for in the ebay search box along with the word "new".
• Once the results of your search are brought up look to the right of the page at the top of the listings and locate the "sort by" drop-down and click on "price + shipping: lowest first".
• If you are wanting to make an immediate purchase and not bid, click on the "Buy it Now only" tab at the top of the listings list.
• Finally, if you are looking for a computer video game, look to the very left of the page where it says refine search and look to see if there are any listings under the "computers & networking" category. Sellers can list in this category a little cheaper than the video games category.
