British author-illustrator Jill Murphy is most popular for the Worst Witch series of children's books. 'The Worst Witch Strikes Again' - the second - was originally published in 1980 (long before Harry Potter!) and the first Puffin paperback was issued in 1981.

On offer is a 1987 reprint of that 1st edition in very good condition, with a full spine and bright, clean cover; (there's just the shadow of a removed book-plate opposite the title-page). This collectable classic measures 8" x 5" and with packaging weighs under 250g.
