If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us via 'contact seller' option within 48 hrs of receipt of the item to discuss any problems you have. Please do not use negative or neutral feedback without contacting us first. We will do our upper most to resolve any issues you may have.

Faulty goods.  If the item has a fault, you must email within 7 days stating the item number, description and a brief description of the fault. A returns number will be issued to you, please include this when returning the item.  Once the item has been checked for the fault a replacement or refund will be issued. When the item is deemed faulty the returns postage cost of the item will be refunded to you at 1st class postal rate.  This does not apply to any incorrect DVD region purchases.

Changed your mind?  If you wish to return an item, the item must still be sealed (if an item supplied was not sealed, the security tag must not be damaged and be complete) and in a fully re sellable condition with all original materials.  A credit note will be issued to you. No refunds will be offered and the buyer will cover the cost of returning the item to us. Ehead reserves the right to return the item to the buyer if it is not in a re sellable condition.
