The story of English rugby through the years. Introduced by Lawrence Dallaglio and narrated by Mark Durden-Smith.

The Story of English Rugby traces the origins of the game from William Webb Ellis right through to England's world beating team of the new Millennium.

All the teams from Poulton Palmer and Wavell Wakefield's era, post-war side of John Currie and David Marques and of course Beaumont's legendary side. Will Carling's hat-trick of Grand Slams put England on top and on to the victories over Australia and South Africa in 2000 and 2001, not forgetting the annihilation of Ireland in 2002.

Interspersed with interviews with Rob Andrew, Martin Johnson, Iain Balshaw and Dean Richards, this is sure to be a treasured DVD of England rugby fans everywhere
