Weighing in at approx 4 kg, and standing at a height of approx 54cm, this stunning creation has been hand-made from solid, blackened stainless steel.  Modelled on The Children of the Hydra’s Teeth, the skeletal warriors from the all-time classic adventure film, ‘Jason and the Argonauts’, your Warrior Skeleton is one third of life size.

His shirt is made from chainmail and is laced at the back with leather thong.  He is advancing towards you, brandishing his spear, and shouting a war cry.  Don’t mess with him!

You are getting a totally unique Item of exceptional quality.  Hand-crafted in a British armoury by a highly-skilled, time-served artisan, your item is a truly remarkable piece of art!

The entirely manual production of this incredibly intricate skeleton took one craftsperson 3 full days, 10 hrs each day.  Its retail value is £1650.

The Armoury that made your item also makes swords on personal commission for Royalty and the famous.  They custom-make items to order for discerning collectors worldwide and have a very long waiting list.  They are suppliers to the Royal Armouries’ National Museum of Arms and Armour.  They also design and make unique sculptures for world-famous musicians.  Such is their quality and craftsmanship that sums in excess of £20 000 are commanded for their work.

Manufacturing Process – Stainless Steel Skeleton.  The Armoury hand carved an original wax master of the skeleton in sections (skull/arms/legs/feet, etc).  These were then lost wax cast in solid stainless steel.  Once set, the skeleton was carefully finished by hand, removing any small imperfections in the casting.  The skeleton was then ‘patinated’, ie, blackened with heat, and finally waxed.  The shirt was painstakingly hand made from chainmail.  The spear was hand-crafted from an English arrow.

All moulds were destroyed after your Chainmail Skeleton was made.  There will only ever be this one.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Your piece of art comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA), originating from and signed by the artisan who made it.  As a legitimate CoA, it contains specific details about the art, such as when and how it was produced, the art's exact title and dimensions and it also includes his or her complete and current contact information.
