I try to describe all items accurately. I am selling my collection as I want to emmigrate to a warmer climae and there are too many to play them all before listing. Most are in good condition (or better) but some were bought second hand and therefore may not be as good. I therefore inspect every item before listing and try to give an accurate description
As you can tell from my feedback, I have a lot of satisfied customers and I never intentionally mislead anyone. However, mistakes can happen so all items will be refunded if not as described.
I value my good feedback so if you intend to give negative feedback, for whatever reason, contact me first as you are obviously unhappy about something and I am sure it could be resolved satisfactorily.
I don't make money on postage. You can see that the postage rates quoted are realistic unlike some others on E-bay.
Vinyl albums and 12" singles are mailed in special strong album mailers or wrapped securely in strong paper, both with cardboard inserts to avoid damage in the mail.
CD albums and singles are mailed in a padded envelope.
A DISCOUNT ON POSTAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS MAILED TOGETHER IN ONE PACKAGE.
IT IS DIFFICULT TO INDICATE EXACTLY WHAT THAT DISCOUNT WILL BE UNTIL I KNOW WHICH RECORDS HAVE BEEN WON BUT I CAN ASSURE BUYERS THAT I WILL ONLY CHARGE WHAT IT COSTS ME FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING ETC.
DIFFERENT RECORDS & SLEEVES WEIGH DIFFERENTLY (12" SINGLES, ALBUMS, GATEFOLD SLEEVES & DOUBLE ALBUMS) WHICH ALL NEED TO BE WEIGHED TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT POSTAGE. A DISCOUNT WILL BE SHOWN ON THE INVOICE.
All items have "FRAGILE" stickers on them so the mail service may take notice and handle them a bit more carefully.
It has been a while since I listed anything on E-bay and I hope I will see some of my old customers bidding. Please see my other items. This is my own collection as I have been collecting for about 30 years. After a few days I hope there will be all kinds of music and in every format in my listings so there should be something for everyone.
There are no extra costs for Paypal.
Cheques, Postal Orders, Bankers Drafts, Money Orders etc. must be in Pounds Sterling only. Overseas customers can pay in any major currency via Paypal.
Payment to be made within 5 days of auctions end.
If payment is made by cheque, please allow 7 working days for cheque to clear to ensure that it isn't returned unpaid.
A full refund (of the bid price) or replacement (if available) will be given for any items found to be faulty. The cost of returning the item is for buyers' account
