Here is what we can do.   We will satisfy any reasonable customer. FOR US CUSTOMERS: If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a refund including postage (in the US).If there is a problem with the item simply not showing up, let me know about it- I track them so I can find out the problem and we can resolve the issue. FOR NON US CUSTOMERS: Unless you opt and pay for registered/insured postage, I cannot refund simply because I cannot track regular airmail post. I will work somthing out with you , however. Of course, if you are a regular customer, you know I always work out the problem to the satisfaction of all, but we encourage you to insure or register your package if you have had similar experiences with other items or sellers.
