THE POETICAL WORKS OF HENRY WADSWORTH LONGFELLOW (dated 1878, pocket-volume edition, 11 volumes)
This auction is for the 1878 pocket-volume edition (11 volumes) of "The Poetical Works of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow" in used but good condition as shown in the photographs.
Published by George Routledge and Sons, Broadway, Ludgate Hill in 1878. First and last page in each volume has browning and/or spotting but the rest of the pages are nice and clean. Each volume has a name written on first blank page. Considering these books are 130 years old, they are in good condition. Only Volume VII has a slighty degraded binding, the rest are fine.
Each volume measures 8.5cm by 13cm in size.
