COLUMBIA RECORDS - 1985 (Play Deep) CATALOG #C 40027  

The Outfield are a British pop rock band based in London. They began recording during the mid-1980s, and released their first album, Play Deep in 1985. The album went triple platinum in America. The Outfield are unusual for a British band in that they enjoyed commercial success in the US, but never reached the album or singles charts in their homeland.

They continued to record into the early 1990s, before a hiatus during the middle of that decade. They resumed touring in 1998, and thereafter released two live albums via their web site. The band's latest album, Any Time Now, was released by Sidewinder Records in March, 2006.

CONDITION

BANGIN' - VINYL - VERY GOOD CONDITION - Both sides some normal ultra light marks on it seen when held to a light, and it does have a 1/4 inch scratch on track 2, side1. 

INNER SLEEVE - Glossy Blue paper in VERY GOOD CONDITION, pics and credits on one side, Lyrics on the other.

COVER - VERY GOOD CONDITION - Has some slight shelf wear/ringwear, primarily noticeable on the back.  Corners have very minimal wear.

PLAY DEEP - VINYL - VERY GOOD CONDITION - Both sides have less than normal marks, it does have a scratch on track 1, side one.

INNER SLEEVE - Black and White Paper - Credits on one side with a pic of some chinese women playing baseball, the other side has lyrics.  The vinyl is trying to slice its way through the bottom.

COVER - NO COVER - Both of these albums will be housed together and sold together in the "BANGIN'" Cover.
