Top Summary of Selling Policies
Bidding on any of our auctions signifies acceptance of our terms and conditions
as well as eBay's, and by bidding you agree to observe them. If you don't agree
please do not bid.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All discs are tested before despatch and so it's quite unlikely that any faulty
discs are sent out. In rare cases, the buyer may receive a disc that turns
out to be faulty. In that case we need the item back to verify this. In the
very unlikely event that the DVD is faulty (they are machine checked as well
as hand checked), we will be only too happy to refund you or issue you with
a replacement.
REFUNDS
We can only issue refunds if the item is faulty - see "Damaged Items" section.
Contact must be made before returning any item, explaining what the problem
is. All returns must be received within 5 days from the purchase date, and
must include all original item(s), physically undamaged, with all material
(if any) that was included with it - manuals, etc. Shipping and handling fees
are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred through
returning products.
LOST ITEMS
Very few items turn out to be lost in the mail. Royal Mail will not consider
goods to be "lost in transit" until 15 days have elapsed from posting
date. Therefore, although we send out items as soon as we can, please allow
15 days before contacting us about this. Please keep in mind it is your responsibility
to ensure your delivery address is up to date - if the address in your eBay
and/or PayPal account is not correct and you have not notified us before
shipping, we accept no responsibility for the item(s) not being delivered
to you.
FEEDBACK
Feedback is left automatically after we have received it, so please do not
email us requesting to leave it. If you should be unhappy with your purchase,
please do contact us before leaving feedback, we will endeavor to solve the
problem the best way we can. Leaving negative feedback without warning is
unfair and gives us no way to put things right.
PRIVACY
Any personal information we receive from you as part of the ordering process
will not be given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party.
HANDLING AND OTHER FEES
Please keep in mind that the postage shown does not include just the postage
stamp, but also handling, processing, packaging supplies, fees associated
with the listing, etc. It is therefore inevitable that this amount is higher
than just the postage alone, although we endeavor to keep costs as low as
possible, and to pass the savings on to our customers.
Top Auction terms
Your bid is a contract:- place a bid only if you're serious
about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a
legally binding contract to purchase the item. If we are unable to establish
contact with the winning bidder within 5 days of the end of the auction or
if payment is not received within 7 days, the item may be offered to the next
highest bidder or relisted at our sole discretion. All non paying bidders will
be reported to eBay, negative feedback left and if applicable, court action
will be taken to recover eBay fees.
Top Payment
Payment must be made within 5 working days. PayPal is our preferred
payment method, but if you live in the UK you can also pay by check, Postal

method we accept. Please see Delivery section for time required for each payment
method. Please do not send cash through the mail. If you do so we accept no
responsibility for it getting lost or stolen.
