This auction is for a North Face Summit Series, Gore-Tex water-proof jacket, suited for extreme weather conditions. It retails for £175 It's in pristine condition, but has been worn once, hence the low price.
This is an extremely lightweight, waterproof, breathable jacket specifically for ultralight backpacking and mountaineering, but works great for all-around use. It is part of the North Face's Summit Series line.
It is made of 3-layer Gore-Tex XCR (extended comfort range) fabric with double diamond ripstop, which is totally waterproof, windproof, and breathable. It has welding technology and two core vent openings. It has Durable water-resistant zippers, an adjustable roll-up hood that fits over a helmet, single-panel underarm construction, hot-taped seams with Gore-Seam tape, D-rings on the sleeves, drawcord at the hem, and durable YKK zippers.
The North Face logo is embroiderd on the arm and on the back, and both the Gore-Tex logo and the Summit Series logo are embroidered on the arm.
