A record of life and laughter that is at once entertaining and intensely real. The Chalet School, evergreen amid its picturesque Tyrolean setting, here reaches a new stage in its career. Fresh problems arise, but are met triumphantly with all the goodwill and gaiety for which Jo and her fellow chalet girls are so well known. A classic children's book of the 1950s.

Light brown boards with black lettering on spine. The front and rear boards are in fine condition with only minor marks and creases. The spine appears to be slightly loose but the internal pages are all intact and in nice condition although there is slight foxing on the edges and the inside first two pages. The dustjacket has quite a few tears, scratches, creases and marks to front and rear covers and to the spine. Clipped.
