The hardware of your new computer system is sent to you covered by a complementary 12 months of Return to Base Warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault developing on your computer system in the first 12 months of its life, we would ask you to return the computer system to us with a description of the problem that you are having with it. We will fix the system, replacing any defective parts at our own expense. We will then carry out our manufacturing level of system testing, including a burn-in period of operation of up to 48 hours, so that we can have confidence in your system's reliability. We will then ship the system back to you by courier.

After 14 days you MUST utilise the 1 Year RTB Warranty, (meaning you must return the PC to us, for us to repair it. The repair is free of charge, via the guarantee; however you will be responsible for postage costs both ways)
