Please note –

I describe my items honestly and as fully as possible. If any item is not as you expected please email me before leaving feedback so that we can resolve any difficulties. I will accept returns within 7 days of you contacting me. I will repay the cost of the item but not the postage.

A small portion of the P&P quoted is to cover packaging costs and the purchase of the materials. If you're not happy then please don't bid and please don't complain about the charges afterwards as the postage is shown on the listing.

I am happy to combine items to reduce the postage costs wherever possible. If you bid and win more than one item please do not send payment until I send an invoice with the recalculated postage costs.  

All items are very carefully packaged to ensure they arrive with you in the condition they leave. Dependant upon final packed weight I will send to UK destinations by First Class Recorded delivery or Standard Parcel post, both of which carry basic loss insurance, additional insurance (to cover loss or damage) available on request. 

I regret I am unable to accept responsibility for any items lost by or damaged by the Postal service or to uninsured items. I do however keep a record of all of the items that I send and will do all that I can to help should anything happen.

All of the descriptions are my assessments and may differ from your opinions. Even though I am not an expert I have described the item to the best of my ability and ageing eyesight!!

NON U.K. BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE - Postage costs / insurance quoted above is for U.K. ONLY. I am happy to ship this Worldwide but please contact me for costs to your location and I will endeavour to find out for you. You may want to check costs prior to bidding, as overseas postage can be expensive.

Due to problems with parcels going astray I will only post to Italy by Signed-For.
