THE HESTER - OWNED BY MR. NAIRN - GREAT 1897 PHOTOGRAPH

On offer is a superb, rare, excellent condition, 1897 black and white photographic print*(see below) of the 'Hester', owned by Mr. nairn and seen off the South coast in 1897......a wonderful find to say the least, which represents a fantastic collectors item!

The item comes complete with a Certificate Of Authenticity (COA). The COA will verify that it is an original item as described in this description and is from the date stated within this description. It will provide details of the item and verify that this item is a genuine item that is at least 112 years old and not a copy.

The photographic print was originally in a 1897 publication and has been tastefully mounted*(see below) on to a classic complimentary mount to produce a wonderful collectors item which would grace any wall or collection.

The actual photographic print measures approx. 9"x 7" and when the mount is taken into consideration, the total size is approx. 13" x 11".....I have just scanned the main part of the picture and not the mounting because of the restrictive size of my scanner but believe me this is a wonderful item that has a real visual impact and oozes quality.....

It is hard to put into words just how good this photographic print is (but that won't stop me trying!) and how it has been transformed by the skill, care and attention to detail that it has received to produce a one off and uniquely wonderful rare collectors item......one which will prove to be a tremendous investment and item of personal and family value......

*Please note - by using the term 'mounted' I mean that the photographic print has been placed inside a bevel cut front mount which has then had another piece of card attached to the reverse to provide a superb finished item ready that is ready to frame or to leave as it is in it's own right.....it has been preserved in a secure mount for safekeeping or display.....your choice!

*And by using the term 'photographic print'....I mean that the item on offer is a photograph that was originally in a quality publication which was published at the time shown above. These photographs are in excellent condition because they have been stored in the best possible place.....inside a dark and sealed environment....a book...where better?... and they are stunningly great crafted items......

So, when I say the item is eg 112 years old, it really is....it is not a modern day copy, it is not a modern reproduction, it is an original item from the time stated...an original item from long ago - from 1897!...and if you have any queries
