THE GREEN ISSUE  first day cover issued 15th September 1992 with an Oxford FDI postmark. Nice illustrated cover with a neatly typed address and bears a full set of four stamps. Sold with no reserve and sent immediately payment is received and no-one posts them faster see feedback, oh and by the way the postage is free anywhere in the UK so what you bid is all you pay. Please see my other FDCs they are many and varied.
