THE GREEN ISSUE first day cover issued 15th September 1992 with a British Philatelic Bureau, Edinburgh postmark. A truly pristine illustrated cover with a neatly typed address and a full set of four stamps. Sold with no reserve and sent immediately payment is received and no-one posts them faster, see feedback, oh and by the way the postage is free anywhere in the UK so what you bid is all you pay.
