THE GREAT HORNED OWL PLATE/DANIEL SMITH/3RD IS./MINT

 This plate is plate number 10077C in the limited edition of "THE GREAT HORNED OWL" by Daniel Smith, third issue in The Magestic Birds series of collector's plates sponsored by the Society for the Preservation of Birds of Prey.  Produced under the hallmark of the Edwin M. Knowles China Company in a firing period limited to a maximum of 150 days.  This plate is signed by Daniel Smith and he says, "UNFORETTABLE-HEARING THE MUFFLED HOOTING OF THE GREAT HORNED OWL AND SEEING THIS MAJESTIC BIRD IN FLIGHT!".  The Bradex No. 84-K41-74-3 and it is dated 1988.  I purchased a collection of plates at an estate sale and this is one of them.  It is in the original box with the paperwork and it is in mint condition.  If you have questions please ask before bidding.  Thanks for looking!!
