THIS VERY RARE HAND SIGNED BY SALVADOR DALI LITHOGRAPH IS TITLED "THE FLOWER MAGICIAN".  THIS LITHOGRAPH WAS PUBLISHED IN 1972 BY THE SIDNEY AND PHYLLIS LUCAS GALLERY IN NEW YORK AS IT BEARS THE SIDNEY LUCAS COPYRIGHT STAMP BELOW THE NUMBERING.

THE WORLDWIDE TIRAGE OUTSTANDING IS ONLY 302 PLUS PROOFS ON RIVES, ARCHES, AND JAPON PAPER.  THERE WERE 250 ON RIVES AND ARCHES AND 50 ON JAPON.  THE NUMBER OF THIS LITHOGRAPH IS XVI OF L WHICH IS 16 OF 50 IN ROMAN NUMERALS.  THIS IS THE RARE EDITION OF ONLY 50 WHICH WAS CREATED ON HIGH QUALITY ARCHIVAL JAPON PAPER.  THE DIMENSIONS ARE 22 X 30 INCHES.  THIS LITHOGRAPH IS FOR SALE WITH A FRAME.  THE FRAME IS IN GOOD CONDITION FRAMED TO ARCHIVAL STANDARDS WITH ANTI-GLARE UV MUSEUM GLASS.  THE WOOD FRAME HAS A FEW SMALL NICKS ON THE EDGES.  THE FRAMED DIMENSIONS ARE AN IMPRESSIVE 32 X 41 INCHES. 

THIS LITHOGRAPH IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH FULL BRIGHT COLORS AND NO STAINS AND WAS ALWAYS FLOAT FRAMED SO THERE IS NO MAT BURN. THIS LITHOGRAPHS IS GUARANTEED TO BE AUTHENTIC AND HAND SIGNED BY SALVADOR DALI.  THIS ARTWORK IS CATALOGED IN ALBERT FIELD, "THE OFFICIAL CATALOGUE OF THE GRAPHIC WORKS OF SALVADOR DALI," PLATE CODE 72-3. THIS ARTWORK IS ALSO REFERENCED IN "DALI, CATALOG RAISONNE OF PRINTS I AND II" BY MICHLER AND LOPSINGER ON PLATE CODES 1385 AND 58.    THIS LITHOGRAPH WAS DONE IN 1972 WHICH IS THE PERIOD WHICH MOST SERIOUS COLLECTORS STRIVE TO OBTAIN.
