This dress can be worn all year round for most occasions, This dress ties round the neck as a halterneck, and has  rouched ring effect at the bustline to make the bustline very flattering, it also has a split down the front part of the top of the dress to the hip-line to show off any body jewellery etc. the skirt part sits on the hips and the fabric from the top blouses slightly! the fabric has stretch for comfort.

The length is 30" really bloused to 39" not bloused, due to where the dress is tied at the neck and how much it is bloused these length sizes can vary slightly.
