If the Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel and you are unable to collect it from your local sorting office, if they return it to us, we will require you to pay the postage costs, for us to resend it…If this does occur, we hope you understand that since the parcel was originally dispatched free of charge, we cannot do so again, if you are unable to collect it from your local sorting office (NOT post office), as collecting items from there are the responsibility of customers (i.e. We cannot physically collect items from your local sorting office and deliver it to you personally ourselves). As items are kept at sorting offices for twenty one working days, before being returned, we strongly urge you to check with your local sorting office first, to avoid this occurring, as ‘while you were out’ cards are not always put through doors…(We have been informed by the Royal Mail, that recipients must check with their local sorting office, otherwise, we would do it for you).

COMBINED POSTING/SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE

Combined p+p (s/h) is based on weight (and in the UK, size too)…As specific amounts are not deducted for each subsequent item won, Ebay will not know how much to deduct, so please wait until you receive an invoice before you pay.

Combined p+p (s/h) is only available, if ALL items are paid for in ONE payment and for items that end within a fourteen day period….However, if you have already won items and are interested in bidding on others that end after the fourteen days, please contact us and we will inform you, if it is ok to wait for payment, until the other auctions have ended

If you are bidding on multiple items, please contact us, when the last auction has ended, so we will be able to invoice you, with combined p+p (s/h) costs.

NON UK CUSTOMERS

We accept Paypal in pounds sterling (as per the invoice that will be sent to you), money orders in pounds sterling only, cheque drawn on a UK bank in pounds sterling, bank draft in pounds sterling only, other

PLEASE NOTE : Money orders/cheques received in foreign currency are not accepted.

BUYER PAYS ALL FEES FOR MONEY ORDERS/BANK DRAFTS ISSUED IN POUNDS STERLING…..If the correct amount is not received as per the invoice, then items will not be dispatched until the correct amount has been paid…. If you wish to pay via another method, please contact us before bidding, to make sure it is ok.

PENDING PAYPAL PAYMENTS AND CHEQUES

If these do not clear, then a NPB will be opened with Ebay…..If you have any problems with Paypal clearing your payment, then please contact us

DESPATCH DETAILS

You will receive acknowledgement of your payment and will be sent details on when your item(s), will be or has been sent, via the Ebay message system.

We dispatch items once a day and within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment…However, there are a few exceptions to this, but you will always be informed via Ebay’s message system.

Weekends – Items cannot be dispatched on Saturdays and of course, on Sundays..Therefore, items paid for on Saturday, will be dispatched on Monday. If it is a bank/public holiday on that day, then it will be the next available day.

Bank/public holidays in the UK – Non UK customers, please note that post offices are shut on these days, so your items will be despatched the next available day

Postal strikes – Unfortunately, this does occur and is beyond everybody’s control

Paypal does not always send payment details immediately and there can be quite a wait for them to do so……Therefore, if you pay for items on Friday and the daily dispatching has already been done, then your parcel will be sent on Monday, or if it is a bank/public holiday, the next available day.

PLEASE NOTE

Please bear in mind, that although items are always DESPATCHED when we say they will be, we are not responsible for how long they take to be DELIVERED as that is down to the postal services :)

It is no problem at all to collect your items…..However, please contact us, so we can arrange a conveniently mutual day and an approximate time…PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP, AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE IN.
