Description
The Player's Aim is to Reach the Pinnacle of Their Pyramid First.
To Do This,They Have to Perform The Administrative Waltz,By Progressing Through the Various Qualifying Zones,Positions and Levels,and Manipulating Your Opponents to Slow Their Progress.
This Performance Simulates the Bureaucratic Rise to Success,Which is Dependent on No One Particular Attribute,Being Achieved Through a Five-Point Plan Which Comprises -
Qualifications (Formal Educational Qualifications).
Progressions (Promotion - Sometimes Through Merit,Other Times Through Luck).
References (Opinions From Superiors/Colleagues).
Manipulations (Tactical Play and Actions to Advance Oneself to the Detriment of Others).
Bonuses (Incentives and Fringe Benefits).
