TAJINASTE DRY (white wine)
100% cultivated listán blanco from the 500 meters of altitude. 15% of the wine ends its fermentation and ages during two months in new barrel of oak.
For all grape harvest we use small boxes of 15 kg with the purpose of guaranteeing that the grape arrives in the best conditions at the wine cellar.
Of sure straw yellow colour, it is discover in nose, yet the potential that offers our white variety for excellence: listán blanco. On a bottom slightly smoked they emphasize pleasant floral notes and aromas to fragmentation hand grenade, apple, fennel, forest...When tasting it one offers fresh and smooth, with a balanced affluent acidity.

VIÑATIGO VIJARIEGO BLANCO (white wine)
100% listán blanco picked from slopes more than 1.000 m high above sea level. Skin macerated by refrigeration and fermented in new Allier oak barrels. Aged for two months on its own lees being stirred up regularly.
It results in a very complexed wine, in which the varietal aromas, the depth evoked by the wood, the toast tinges and lees are all mixed up.
A great accompaniment to cheese and dried-fruits.
