We have owned this apartment for over 8 years. In that time our apartment and the local area has provided us with some wonderful, happy, unforgettable holidays. And we will continue to take our holidays out there when possible. Now we are giving you the opportunity to stay in our lovely apartment and have a great holiday too. We don't charge per person. £250 is for the apartment for 7 nights stay. Four adults staying at the apartment works out at just £62.50 each! Two adults are going, then that’s still only £125.00 each! We love Tenerife, Duquesa del mar and the apartment and we're sure you will too. If you need more than one weeks stay then give me a call.

Details 

1st floor 2 Bedroom apartment. One master bedroom with a double bed and on suite bath, shower & toilet. The other room with two single beds + sofa bed in the lounge. There is also a separate shower and toilet. Satellite TV (UK CHANNELS). Fully fitted kitchen with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine plus ironing facilities etc. Bed linen and towels provided. Shared Pool and outside Jacuzzi / Apartment Photos to the right of screen.

The complex is very modern and clean, including the surrounding area. You will be renting an apartment in a very respectable area.

There are a few local restaurants but one in particular is 'Pedro's' which is a great family restaurant which is reasonably priced. You can find Pedro's Restaurant above the Bowling Green at winter gardens. 

We have our own food shops, one Spanish and one English. The English shop is part of the complex. There are many other types of shops nearby too. A supermarket is just a 10 min walk away and 2 mins in a car.

There are local beaches. The nearest beach is only a two minute walk down the road near to the marina. The best and most exclusive beach on the island which attracts the likes of Madonna and other famous pop & movie stars is about a 10 minutes drive away called 'Playa del Duque'. Its striped beach huts and palm frond umbrellas give it an air of St Tropez meets the Caribbean. 'Playa Del Duque' Pictured at the bottom of the page.

The pool area has a large main heated pool, small shallow children's pool and a Jacuzzi. The Apartment is near to the Marina, 3 golf courses, flat green bowls and restaurants and bars. Be entertained by 'live bands' on an evening at the 'Wild Geese Irish bar' located on the complex. (Child friendly) so take the kids with you.

There is an excellent scenic walk along the sea front to nearby San Blas. San Blas is a pedestrianised area with shops, restaurants, banks, doctors and other facilities arranged in two squares with musical entertainment in the evening at some of the restaurants or quieter areas with excellent cuisine!

Los Abridges is a local fishing village with several excellent fish restaurants which is only a short walk away.

El Medano is a very nice small town nearby with 2 beaches, one of which is ideal for wind-surfing.

For the Golfer...

Golf Del Sur golf course was opened in 1987 with a professional golf tournament, the first of a history of sporting events. Pepe Gancedo designed the layout which was later modified by Manuel Pinero. Pinero enhanced all the natural protected areas that surround the 27 holes. ( 3, 9 hole courses, north, south and links)

There are three separate courses: Campo A - Links is a 2,469m par-34 - Campo B - Norte is a 2,949m par-36 - Campo C - Sur is a 2,957m par-36

NOTE: BEFORE BIDDING... Please look up available departure & arrival flight dates with airline companies first. Once you have found some available flights, don't book them straight away.  Give us a call to check we still have availability. If we have,  you can then bid for the apartment. We are flexible with dates so you dont need to go Sat to Sat etc. Arrive and depart any day of the week , it's not a problem to us. If you need extra nights it's not a problem.

Once you have booked and paid you will receive in the post from the owners an information pack. This will have details on directions to the apartment, emergency contact details and information on places to visit.
