We have tried our best with the largest photos possible to ensure that you get an accurate picture of what you are purchasing, all items are fully boxed and bubble wrapped to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, each item will be individually labelled for future reference.

These items are made of quality oak from managed forests, for each tree that is felled 5 additional trees are planted, 2 of which are fast growing.

Payment: Payment or contact regarding payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary, before the 7 days after the auction ending has lapsed by e-mail or telephone

Delivery notes

We deliver anywhere in mainland UK excluding the highlands of Scotland for a set delivery price, for fully assembled pieces of furniture. Certain items of furniture we supply must be assembled by our fully qualified team of craftsman .please contact us regarding quotes

For a set delivery price we will send our qualified team of craftsmen to install and assemble our larger range of furniture any where in the uk mainland.

It may also be necessary for you to accept the first delivery date offered if we are to meet specific delivery deadlines i.e. Christmas.

Although we work closely with our suppliers and carriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays can sometimes occur which are outside our control.

Our polite and professional 2 man delivery team will then unpack and assemble your furniture (this is for larger tables and 4 poster beds as all other items come fully assembled) in any room and remove all packaging at no extra charge. Faulty Items: We do our best to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition.
