Teleosaurus sp.

Teleosaurus is a very rare beast to find in the UK. This tooth has spectacular detail despite natural life wear at the tip, being 15mm in height . Dating circa 164 million years old and a must for any serious collector. This is a large and rare crocodile tooth that is not seen on the web very often. It is jet black in colour and has shiny enamel with lovely vertical striations. It is Bathonian, Middle Jurassic, Oxfordshire, England. Supplied with label and in an attractive display box. Full providence, dated and catalogued.
