Payment I currently accept payments via PayPal only. Please complete checkout as soon as possible after your auction and payments via paypal should be made within 3 days unless other arrangements have been made with me. Any items that remain unpaid will be re-listed after 7 days.

Shipping Information I ship to Europe and worldwide. For destinations outside of the EU please contact me for pricing. I post most days, and will ship promptly after payment has been cleared usually within 3 days. Some of my items are handmade/personalised to order so please be aware that these can take between 7-10 days for delivery. If I expect an item to take longer than 7 days for delivery, I will notify you straight away. All UK postage will be by 1st class Royal Mail unless a different service is requested. I retain proof of postage for every item I send. International shipping will be by Airmail Small Packets. If you are buying multiple items from the shop, ebay should automatically discount your order. But if it hasn't, then please wait for me to invoice you as I do offer postage discounts. If you complete checkout prior to receiving the invoice, then you will not be eligable for the discount. All items are neatly presented and care is taken to ensure that your item will arrive in perfect condition. I cannot be held reponsible for non-delivery of any items. If your item has not been delivered within 7 working days, please contact your local post office. I always obtain proof of posting and will be happy to forward this to you.

I describe all of my items to the best of my ability. All are handmade and some are handmade to order. I take pride and enjoy making these items to a high standard of quality. Refunds will only be given in full if the item is found faulty upon delivery. Please contact me immediately to ensure that I can resolve the issue in the fastest possible time rather than leave negative feedback.
