Current eBay Policy, and a Small percentage of eBay Buyers, have forced me to make these new policies.  No Exceptions.


Buy making a purchase you are agreeing, to the following Marrs Communications Policies.


1.    I take No Responsibility, for Buyers who DO NOT READ my complete Descriptions and policies.

2.    I take No Responsibility, for Buyers who DO NOT send their Machine Model Number, with payment.

3.    If the Buyer DOES NOT send his Machine information with payment,  I send 2 Reminders Only !

4.    I take No Responsibility, for the US POSTAL system Delivery Times.    All orders are Shipped 1st Class mail.

5.    I take No Responsibility, for the US POSTAL system, OR Customs, International Delivery Times.  All orders are Shipped 1st Class International mail.

6.    If for any Reason, the Buyer does not receive his order, you are Obligated to notify Marrs Communications,
 
       and allow time to Mail a Replacement,  Not just leave Negative Feedback.   You agree to this by making a Purchase.

7.     If I resolve a issue with a Replacement at NO charge, the Buyer has agreed by making the Purchase,  Negative Feedback will NOT be left.

8.     If an attempt was made on the part of Marrs Communications, to Resolve a issue with a Refund, Free Product, or BOTH,

        the Buyer has agreed by making the Purchase,  Negative Feedback will NOT be left.

9.     The days of receiving Negative Feedback,  AFTER every effort above has been taken, are OVER.  You agreed to this by making the Purchase.

10.    If your order will be Delayed for Any Reason, the Buyer WILL be notified and have the Option to Wait,  OR  a Full Refund. 

         Your final decision MUST be made at that time.  If you agree to WAIT for your order, you have given up your right to leave Negative Feedback, about Delivery Time.

12.    If a Buyer   " looses his cool "  and leaves Negative Feedback  OR  Files a PayPal Dispute,  without allowing Marrs Communications an opportunity

13.    Once a PayPal Dispute is filed, you have giving up your Right for a replacement.  The Buyer will only receive the Forced Refund, by PayPal.
