Split air conditioning systems are particularly beneficial as the condenser (housing the motor and pump mechanisms) is installed outside the building, ensuring quiet operation within. A remote control unit provides flexible operation, controlling time programmes and room temperatures. Heat pump technology already included within your split air conditioner will supply heating as well as cooling to the room, often providing an economical alternative to central heating systems.

TCL Split Air Conditioning Systems

TCL split air conditioning units are compact, elegant and discreet, complimenting any interior. The range comprises a series of four units of increasing capacity from 9,000 BTU units up to 24,000 BTU units. TCL split systems offer a quiet and non-intrusive ductless solution for cooling and heating in the home or office. As TCL split systems comprise separate indoor and outdoor units - where the outdoor unit houses the compressor and motor mechanisms - this creates a quieter and more peaceful interior environment. Copper tubing runs through a small 75mm (3 inch) opening in the wall or ceiling and simply connects the indoor and outdoor units. Kyoto compliant R(410)A refrigerant is cycled through the lines from the outdoor condensing unit to the indoor air handler, where the air is quietly distributed throughout the interior space. Conventional air duct systems tend to be bulky and can require special structural alterations, whereas TCL split system piping is normally routed through walls and joists making installation fast and simple, providing the customer with a discrete and cost effective solution.

TCL K Series Product Range

The TCL K Series product range comprises a group of four split air conditioning units of increasing capacity. All of these units use approved R(410) 'A' refrigerant and all units cool, heat and dehumidify, creating zones of controlled comfort within the office or home. In addition the catalyst filters within the indoor unit remove odour and smoke particles from the air and optionally micro-filters can be added to remove dust from the atmosphere. All systems can be pre-programmed allowing the user to dictate time and room temperature to combine optimum comfort with ease of use.
