ORDERS WILL ONLY BE DESPATCHED UPON RECEIPT OF A CLEARED PAYMENT. PAYMENTS CLEARED BY 2PM MONDAY-FRIDAY WILL BE DESPATCHED THE SAME DAY. PAYMENTS CLEARED AFTER 2PM MONDAY-THURSDAY WILL BE DESPATCHED THE FOLLOWING DAY AND THOSE CLEARED AFTER 2PM ON FRIDAYS WILL BE DESPATCHED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

Please note that all equipment is tested prior to leaving our warehouse. Any faults should be noted within 48 hours of receipt so we can rectify the problem.

All products are new and in original packaging unless otherwise stated and are supplied with a seven day returns policy for damage or faults. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Any radios unless otherwise described are second user and have therefore in some cases may have seen some wear. The cases may have a few markings and a few scratches here and there. Although they may not look 100% cosmetically they will perform well and will offer great performance at well below usual retail price! Our price and pictures are usually a good way to judge the condition and age of the product on offer. Although we try to give the fullest description possible, please be aware of what you are buying and only buy if you have researched the product and you are sure it will fulfil your requirements. We cannot be held responsible if the equipment you buy does not support all the functions you require, or is too big or too small for your requirements.

If you are looking for a complete system, additional handsets or something a little unusual or not listed, including batteries and audio, then please call us and he will be happy to take your details and help you as much as he can. We can get most things!!!
