Every effort is made to describe items accurately and we support a fair trading policy. We check all goods before dispatch as reasonably as is practicable given the sometimes elaborate packaging arrangements certain suppliers use. However we accept that mistakes can occasionally be made, and if you feel the description of your purchase fell unacceptably below the advertised description, then please contact us to arrange an amicable solution or use the dispute console so that we may respond.

We will accept returns up to 14 days from date of dispatch should your goods prove faulty, arrive damaged or you feel are not as described or simply not required. But we are not Argos and, working on a narrow profit margin, we cannot entertain refunds beyond that time period. Neither can we offer a 12 month guarantee with the goods. You have 14 days to decide if you are happy with the goods, thereafter we will not enter into any correspondence regarding their condition or otherwise. It is worth noting however that the bulk of our goods would come with a manufacturers warranty and your proof of purchase from us would enable you to pursue this should it become necessary. 

Should you wish to return goods in the belief that they are faulty, then you are responsible for the return postage charge and you are advised to send the goods using a “signed for” service. We will not refund the cost of goods based on verbal description alone and will insist that the goods are returned at your expense so we can examine them before issuing a refund. If we confirm that the goods are indeed faulty or perhaps not as described – and therefore unacceptable - then a full refund including postage charges will be forthcoming. We will not refund return postage charges for items “not required” – we don’t do “goods on approval!”
