Tarpaulins To Go, a family owned business with over 20 years experience is firmly established as a leading name in polethylene tarpaulins and dust sheets.  Located on an 8 acre site in the beautiful Devon countryside we distribute our tarpaulin products the length and breadth of the British Isles. 

Tarpaulins To Go is one of the UK’s largest importers of made up polyethylene tarpaulins with over 110 different variations of size, colour and specification available. In addition we also supply a comprehensive range of dust sheets, poly rope, tarpaulin scaffold sheeting, debris netting and complementary products

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, & Delta. Paypal is also a prefered payment method. 

Postal orders are also accepted

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. 

We aim to deliver your goods next working day(ordered before 2pm) and normally within 5 working days of your order. 

Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will be levied to cover carriage to these areas which is a £10 surcharge. 

We use third party carriers to deliver on our behalf. Currently we use City Link & Fed Ex and any deliveries large enough to be despatched on a pallet will be despatched via the Pall Ex pallet network (surcharge allies, please contact for more info). All our carriers require a signature on delivery, if nobody is in at the time of delivery our carriers will not leave the goods without prior consent, therefore if you are likely to be out please leave delivery instructions when you order. 

The general delivery times for our carriers is 8:30am to 5:30pm. 

If our carriers cannot successfully deliver the goods to you a card will be left. If after 2 further unsuccessful attempts they still cannot deliver, the goods are then returned to us and a return charge may be levied. Goods which may need re-delivering to a different address to that originally specified will also incur a surcharge.  As we use 3rd party carriers we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non delivery of the products ordered, all delivery dates are entered into in good faith but are estimates only

Terms

Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. 

All our tarpaulin sizes are 'cut sizes' which is industry standard terminology for the size of the material before it is fabricated into a tarpaulin. Therefore expect the 'finished' size to be up to a maximum of 30 cms shorter

Returns Policy

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

All our products are guaranteed to be free from any defect at the time of purchase. If any item is found to be faulty we will  refund or replace the product without charge. 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any goods purchased or have changed your mind about the purchase please inform us in writing (fax or e-mail is ok) within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange for their return. The product must be in its orginal packaging and in a un-used condition, once the item has arrived back to us, you will receive a refund minus shipping costs + 20% restocking fee. 

Please ensure that your username, contact details and reason for return is sent on a covering note with the goods. The goods must be sent to us unused and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. You should ensure there is sufficient outer packaging of the product to ensure safe and secure transit of the goods back to us as the returned product must be as 'new' and in a resaleable condition
