Terms Of Sale

All items should be paid for within 7 days from the date of purchase. We accept PayPal and personal cheques. It may take up to 10 working days for a personal cheque to clear and that we will only dispatch items after the cheque has cleared in our bank.

Only the main item as described above is for sale on this auction. All other elements (clothes, plants, furniture, candles etc.) have been pictured for decorative purposes only and are not for sale in this auction. Some of the images we display on our site have been provided under licence by our supplier(s) and are protected by copyright law. No images or associated product descriptions may be copied and used elsewhere in any media for any purpose whatsoever, without the specific written permission of the copyright holder.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, every product we sell comes with a 7 day money back guarantee provided that the goods are returned in the same condition and packaging as they were sold in. Please note that we must be notified before returning any items. Refunds will cover ONLY the cost of the item and original postage charge but not the returned postage.
Mystic Circle retains the right to refuse exchange if products are returned in a condition less than the condition sold.

Shipping

All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment being received and cleared, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

We send all our products with Royal Mail or the courier company. If you don't receive your item within 5-7 working days from the dispatch date please contact us immediately and we will work on resolving the situation.

We take great pride in our packaging, however if you discover that the item has been damaged during transport it is important that you contact us within 48 hours! Please send us an email and if possible an image of the damaged item and we will either credit your account or request the damages are returned to us for further inspection. If items need to be returned we will give you exact details of how we would like them returned and we will also refund you the cost of the carriage. Please do not send anything before we have confirmed a delivery method as we will refund only those postal charges that have been approved by us!
