Relax after a night on the tiles!

A really lovely cat or small dog bed, measuring approx. 17" across.

The outside features neutral / natural coloured stripes of varying thicknesses, which we are sure will compliment any room in any home. The inner is lined with soft, snuggly, simulated sheepskin fleece. The deep padded cushion in the base is reversible, and you can choose to have the fleecy side, or the stripey side on show...depending, of course, on which your puss prefers!

We sometimes despatch these in their original 'vac-pac' wrapping, for ease and safety of transportation. If yours arrives vacuum packed, please open it, and give it a good shake. It will plump up to full size in an hour or two!

Due to the Royal Mail strikes action throughout the UK we have added the option of you being able to pay a little extra, for independant courier delivery. Standard, Royal Mail delivery IS still included in the price, and you DO NOT have to pay any extra, but the option is there if you'd rather not rely on the Royal Mail, in the present climate. If we can be any further help, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Return policy

We accept non-faulty returns provided your inform us, via ebay 'my messages', within 14 days of the postmark, that you will be returning them. The buyer is to pay ALL return postage costs. We will refund the original price, only upon arrival with us.

Non-faulty items MUST be returned to us, at your expense:
* In 100% resaleable condition
* In original, unopened packaging
* Dirt / odour / damage free
Any item which we feel falls below these standards will be returned to the buyer, and NO refund made.

Should you be the first of well over 2000 buyers to receive a faulty item from kinlosspets, we still require you to inform us that you will be returning it, and why, via ebay 'my messages'. Upon receipt, we will confirm any flaw/fault in the item and refund your purchase price, and your return postage. If acceptable, a replacement will often be offered, in the first instance, but only if this is what you prefer!
In cases where we feel the item may have been misused or intentionally damaged, we will send the item to it's manufacturer, for them to investigate. We will NOT refund or replace until the manufacturer has confirmed a manufacturing flaw or fault. There is no time limit to how long such a process will take. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
