Here we have a Tamron Close-up adaptor lens for the 28-200mm f3.8-5.6 lens A9FB. This supplementary lens fits on to the front of your lens via the bayonet type lens hood mount, and allows focusing as close as 1m (1:4.9).

 

It is designed for the slightly earlier version of the 28-200mm (model #71D), so may not be compatible with later models. Brand new in original box.
