TAMRON 28MM F2.8 PENTAX SCREW FIT, EXCELLENT++ WITH CAPS AND CASE

Tamron medium WIDE ANGLE prime lens in very.very niceused condition from one of the best of the independent lens manufacturers. It comes in a fixed 42mm Pentax screw fit so is compatible with a huge range of classic SLRs as well as current digital SLRs with a screw mount adapter.

  • It is a solid metal body, finished in black enamel and satin chrome which reminds me of the early pre AI Nikkors.
  • It is in full working order throughout, clean and with perfect glass.
  • Aperture range f2.8 to f16
  • Focusing 10 inches (0.25m) to infinity
  • It comes with case and front and back caps

If you have not tried prime lenses you will be pleasantly surprised. They do not have to incorporate the optical compromises made  in the construction of zoom lenses. Results can be had from these lenses which surpass those of the much more expensive zoom alternatives. It is frequently the case that they are smaller and more convenient to use too. Yes, OK I am a big fan of primes over zooms
