IF you have any problems with any of my items just let me know immediately and I'll sort it out. I have very few negatives. This is because when occasionally there has been a problem I have always tried to sort it out! Though occasionally some buyers haven’t realised that if they contact me or any seller we actually want to sort out the problems. So PLEASE contact me if you are unhappy with my items or my service before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Give me a chance to put things right first!

It really hurts being left an unfair feedback. Please think about that if/when you leave negative feedback, I DO take it personally. I am honest, I bend over backwards sometimes to be reasonable, responsible and efficient but despite that if it's not gold plated and delivered yesterday you can't please everyone! But I try hard to have only satisfied customers.

Most of the problems sellers have are because Royal Mail has lost the parcel. I always get proof of posting, but Royal Mail do not consider a parcel within the UK ‘lost’ until it is 15 days overdue. Only THEN can I refund/replace etc. I have to allow Royal Mail to sort their problems first. not many parcels of mine have gone missing that's not bad, considering how many I send out and I can tell from other sellers that this is a general problem.

My P&P charge is to cover, 1. My time both driving and preparing the parcels, 2. The actual packaging etc. More if it is a delicate item and needs bubble wrap as it is expensive to buy. 3. Petrol fuel for Transporting all the parcels to the Post office. I try to be fair about postage. I have made errors in the past, but my mistakes work both ways. Swings and roundabouts. I apologise if you are a roundabout …. Or is it a swing?. Royal Mail have a policy that anything over 1kg cannot go second class. So I have to post some items in separate parcels.

Please note I always try to post on the same day after I have received payment but it is not always possible, but I try my best! most of my items are posted within 3 working days of payment. however I am often away for a couple of days from my PC so am unable to answer queries etc also I’m not able to post on those days. Sorry but these are my little breaks I have 7 children that take up a lot of my time!!

As you can probably tell photography is not my strong point but honesty is, so if you have anything else you want to know please ask.
