This is an extremely long (42" from waistband) black viscose crepe embroidered skirt by Exelle, size 24/26. You can see the embroidery in the 2nd photo - it occupies the lower half of the skirt at the front. The skirt could be shortened by about 3 inches before it would interfere with any of the embroidery. The waist is elasticated and so could quite easily be made tighter for a smaller size and the fabric hangs really nicely. It must be very difficult to find a full-length skirt if you are very tall so it seemed a shame to shorten it enough to wear it myself!
