I accept Paypal, Cheque, Bankers Draft and Postal Order (please allow 7 working days for payments made any other way than Paypal to clear.

SHIPPING

I will try to ship as soon as possible after receiving cleared payment.

Item will be shipped within 5 working days, please be patient, if you need it urgently please CONTACT ME and I will do my very best to post quickly. I work most of the week and have 2 young children so please understand if your item doesn't get posted the next day.

I will always contact you once I have posted your item to let you know and I always get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as receipt of posting.

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post but I will send you the certificate of posting for you to make your own claim from Royal Mail.

TERMS OF SALE

Refunds will only be given if I have listed an item incorrectly, I will not refund for something that you have changed your mind about or doesn't fit. Buyer to fund cost for return and refund will be for winning bid not including postage.

ABOUT ME

I am a mum of 2 and usually sell my children’s clothes, I would never list something for sale that I wouldn't want to receive myself and always state in the listing if the item is marked or stained.

My postage costs include price of postage, packaging costs, the time taken to make the visit to the Post Office and the petrol costs for me to do so.
