Swedish Reverse Painted Mint New in Box Art Glass “Fish

Being offered for your bidding consideration is a Mint New in Box Hand Painted piece of Swedish art glass titled “Sculpture Coral”. Sculptured Coral features a incredible looking piece of art glass in the shape of a brightly gold and pink colored fish that is resting among black colored coral. The coral is made of metal and the art glass fish is removable, sliding into or out of the metal. This fantastic piece of Art Glass is made by Sea Glass Works, Kosta Sweden. The piece measures 9” in height overall and 7” in diameter. The fish is heavy solid glass and it measures ½” front to back, 7” tail to mouth and 3.25” top to bottom. It was designed by Lena Engman who has worked for Sun Glass since graduating from art school in 1955. It is a piece of good quality art glass that would add to any décor. Sculpture Coral is a wonderful piece of reverse hand painted art glass that wonderful to look at and showcase. It would make the prefect Christmas present for that special fish collector or someone who is hard to buy for. You can also keep it for your self as it is an unusual piece of Art Decor.
