HEAT: We ship 2 to 3 days priority mail but it is the buyers responsibility to take the temperature in consideration where you live when buying items that may melt during shipping and to be available to recieve your package when your mail arrives so it does not sit in the heat, we do not refund for melted products. SHIPPING: On some occasions individually wrapped products might be removed from original manufacture packaging and repacked to keep shipping cost as reasonable as possible, we use USPS flat rate shipping as much as we can and some manufactures packaging profile will not fit in a flat rate box and in that case we remove individually wrapped products from packaging so it will fit, for sanitary reasons if product is not individually wrapped we do not remove it. STOCK: We purchase our products new/fresh every 3 business days as items sell and on rare occasions our suppliers may be out of stock if that happens we will refund all your money back to your paypal account immediately upon finding out it is not in stock with a note in the paypal message box why we refunded, we do not wait a few days to see if it will come back in stock.
FEEDBACK: We try to leave a positive feedback automatically once a day for all buyers who have paid for there items wether you left feedback for us or not even before you recieved you item, we would really appreciate a positive feedback back from our buyers, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us before you leave a negitive or neutral feedback and we will try to do every thing possible to resolve the problem.
