Description:
Auction for Superb Old Surrealistic drawing ,
represent Abstract Figure, maybe something
from " Divine Comedy "
Water-color and Chalk on paper - signed DALI 1951
The drawing is apparently old , there is a wear of the paper and
some wear of the image and the paper is slightly yellowed .
I bought it from estate in lot of modern drawings .
There is no any paper or certification with this drawing
it has not been examined by experts .
As such the drawing is offered
as style of / attributed to Salvador Dali /1904-1989 /
I did not receive any C.O.A.`s when I bought it
that's why I start it from this reasonable price .
Medium :Water-color, Chalk , Graphite on paper ;
Genuine hand painting and not a print of any kind.
Paper is - quality thick paper ;
Size of sheet is about : 41 cm. x 29.5 cm.
16 inches x 11 1/2 inches
Signature : DALI 1951 - bottom center ; brown chalk / sepia /
Condition : Near Perfect
There are some signs from years and some slight wear
but nothing that detracts from this amazing art .
It will looks absolutely stunning mounted and framed .
The paper is slightly yellowed also
there is slight fold on up right corner .
