We are offering for sale a lovely Bevan Funnell Reprodux Desk in very good condition. It is a current model- no. V727S

This is a Regency style piece made from beautiful mahogany veneers with a rich colour and lovely grain patterns. It is a good size being 54ins wide and 24ins deep.

This is a lovely piece of furniture which would be ideal for any room in the house, the home study or office. It is finished beautifully to the back and sides with shaped beading and circular decorative mouldings.

There are three drawers in the top, the middle one of which is lockable, and three drawers in the LH pedestal. The RH pedestal has a double depth bottom drawer which is for hanging files, and a smaller drawer above. The suspended files hang on metal runners which can be adjusted from full size 15.25" files, down to smaller sizes.

There are only light signs of use, mainly at floor level, and where the pedestals meet the top. The leather top is in lovely condition. The top consists of 3 leather scrivers, with gold tooling to the edges, separated by mahogany bands. This is a very beautiful item showing all the unmisakable signs of quality found in Bevan Funnell furniture. It is a piece to cherish and keep.

This desk must be in the region of 20 years of age, and so will have some sigs of use and age. The photos do not do this desk justice, you are most welcome to come to view this superb desk before buying.

It splits into three parts for ease transportation.
