An Anglo Indian dome topped glove box made from solid sandalwood, profusely decorated all over and in excellent condition. All the overlaid material is of white elephant bone and consists of fretwork panels with central cartouches containing floral themed lac filled designs; wide decorated and lac filed straps secured with brass pins and domed bone studs. Corner straps on all edges. All decoration secured with silver headed pins. The box stands on lion's paw feet and has a working lock with key.
